Where we ship

We ship to all US mailing addresses, including all 50 states, the District of Columbia, US territories, PO boxes, and APO/FPO military addresses.

Rates

Shipping is free on all orders over $49. Shipping for smaller orders is calculated at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Once the order ships, the tracking email provides the carrier's latest estimate. Carrier estimates aren't guarantees and can change during peak periods.

Tracking your order

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Give the link a few hours to come alive — carriers sometimes scan packages after the first truck ride, not before.

Damaged, lost, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery (a quick photo helps for damage). For an order that doesn't arrive, contact us within 30 days of the carrier's estimated delivery date. We'll work with you to make it right.

Changing your address

Spotted a typo in your address? Contact us as soon as possible — we can usually update an order any time before it ships. Once it's with the carrier we can't reroute it, but we'll help you sort it out either way.
